Andrew is responsible for digital outreach, Women Light the World’s social media, and the organizations profile. He brings with him his experience as a digital marketer and his expertise in using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to promote the cause.

Rinzin Rhunjok Lama

In addition Mary and Nancy, Rinzin Rhunjok Lama is our Nepal Project Manager based in Katmandu.  He works directly with our logistics partner Responsible Treks. Rinzin is from Humla and has extensively traveled throughout the Himalayas. He has his B.Sc. Forestry at the Institute of Forestry Pokhara. He is leading a field project on Pallas's cat Research and Conservation in Annapurna Conservation Area, Nepal and Snow Leopard Research and Conservation Project in Humla & Manang district. Currently he is pursuing his M.Sc. at the J.F. Blumenbach Institute of Zoology and Anthropology at Georg-August- Universität Göttingen, Germany. His work encompasses solar energy to assure that the community in the mountains and the big cats can live peacefully together.
